The funeral of Solomon Joseph Solomon took place here today. A large and distinguished gathering paid the last tribute to the distinguished artist.
Prominent Jewish leaders who participated in the funeral service pointed out that the Jewish community has sustained a great loss by the death of Solomon, as he was the moving spirit in the Maccabbean movement.
