The International Conference of Private Organizations for the Protection of Migrants, formed recently in Geneva, was approved by representatives of British migration societies at a conference held here under the chairmanship of Lucien Wolf.

It was decided to found a British advisory and coordination committee to work with the international organization. The committee will include representatives of the Jewish Colonization Association, the Zionist Organization, the Joint Foreign Committee of the Anglo-Jewish Association and the Board of Jewish Deputies, and the Jewish Association for the Protection of Women. Among the non-Jewish organizations represented on the committee are a number of Catholic, Evangelical and Methodist organizations, the Salvation Army and the Save the Children Fund.

The scope of the committee will be limited provisionally to advising the International Conference regarding British migration.

The International Conference of Private Organizations for the Protection of Migrants will convene in Geneva on September 8th, it was announced at the meeting.
