The dole system applied by the Zionist Executive in recent months for the relief of the unemployed Jewish workers will be discontinued in Haifa, Afuleh and Jerusalem, the Executive announced to-day.
Instead of the dole system work will be provided for the unemployed. The doles will be retained only in Tel Aviv where they will gradually be reduced.
