When the Protestant Board of School Commissioners’ case in regard to Jewish representation on their Board comes before the Privy Council in London shortly, Sir John Simon, British jurist, will represent the Jewish Educational Committee.

Peter Bercovitch. K.C., M.L.A., and L.S. Laurent, K.C., of Quebec City, will act as counsel. It is also expected that Louis Fitch K.C. will go to London to represent the section of the local Jewish community who favor the establishment of separate schools for Jewish pupils.
