A Constructive Relief Conference in the region of Eastern Pennsylvania will be held here on Sunday, Nov. 20, at the Penn-Harris Hotel. The call to the conference was issued by Albert H. Lieberman, chairman of the United Jewish Campaign for Eastern Pennsylvania.
Louis Marshall will deliver the principal address at the conference at the afternoon session.
Reports will be submitted by Joseph C. Hyman, executive secretary of the United Jewish Campaign, Jacob Billikopf and William Hirsch. Mrs. David Friedlaender will present a report on the status of collections in Eastern Pennsylvania from the inception of the United Jewish Campaign.
