A university for the Jewish students who are the victims of discrimination, through the operation of numerus clausus laws or practices in East and South European countries, may soon be established in Czechoslovakia, according to a sensational report published today by the Czech newspaper, “Rozwoj.”

The report states that negotiations to this effect have been started with the Czechoslovakian government by an unnamed American philanthropist. The university is to serve in particular the numerus clausus victims in the countries neighboring on Czechoslovakia.
