United Roumanian Jews to Have Meeting on Sunday

The nineteenth annual convention of the United Roumanian Jews of America will be held on January 29, at the Pythian Temple, New York City.

Leo Wolfson, president, will report on events in Roumania during the last year and will discuss the situation of the Jews particularly in connection with the latest events in Roumania. A report of the activities of the organization during the last year will be submitted by Herman Speier, executive secretary.

Dr. Stephen S. Wise, president of the American Jewish Congress, will address the convention. Addresses will also be made by Solomon Sufrin, Bennett E. Siegelstein, Abraham Hirsch of Philadelphia.

Two hundred and fifty delegates representing affiliated organizations in New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Youngstown and other cities are expected to attend the convention.
