The East Side Auxiliary of the Child Welfare Committee of America has opened its headquarters in Libby’s Hotel where it is planning a campaign to extend the benefits of the Mothers’ Aid Laws.
The chairman of the East Side Auxiliary is Judge Abraham Harawitz.
