Harry E. Burroughs, Boston lawyer who recently established a $100,000 Newsboys’ Foundatin, bearing his name, today purchased the Elks home as a recreation and educational centre for 4,000 newsboys of greater Boston.

Fifteen years ago, Mr. Burroughs sold newspapers outside of the Elk’s home. He plans to remodel the building so as to provide facilities for the newsboys.
