The limitations imposed upon the Jewish student body in Hungary under the numerus clausus law are considered to be too liberal by the Hungarian universities and colleges it appears from an address delivered in parliament by Minister of Education Count Klebelsberg.
The minister censured the heads of the universities who delay the admittance of those Jewish students who are admissible under the numerus clausus.
