3 Excluded from Bureya Group for Asking Aid

Three members of the second Bureya pioneer group, who were en route to Tichonkoye, were arrested but later released and expelled from the group for having asked aid.

When the group stopped over at Werchne Adinsk, the three. Max Mandelberg, S. Markin and Abraham Dorski, applied to the Kehillah of the town for aid.

Five hundred horses and 100 beehives arrived at Bureya for the Jewish settlers.

CORRECTION

With reference to the recent report from Vienna concerning the death of General Auffenberg, the Jewish Daily Bulletin learns that General Auffenberg was not a Jew. It had been stated that be was a Jew in obituary notices in the European Press.
