Dr. Bernard Kahn, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, is expected to arrive here from Muncacz. Dr. Kahn will be received by President Masaryk.
Delegations from the Jewish colonies in Carpatho-Russian and Eastern Slovakia greeted Dr. Kahn on his arrival in Muncacz. Mayor Petrigalla, Chief Rabbi Spira and representatives of Jewish institutions welcomed him. Gratitude to the Joint Distribution Committee was expressed by deputations which met the train at stations along the route to the capital.
