Because of an irregularity in his visa, Joseph Almag and his family, a well to-do Brazilian business man was not permitted to enter the country.

Almag, who had a British visa, was not admitted because the visa does not state to which category of immigrant he belongs. He owns 600 dunam of land in Palestine.
