Lord Balfour will celebrate his 80th birthday on July 25. It became known today that a group of members of the House of Commons and of the House of Lords are raising a fund to present Lord Balfour with an appropriate gift on this occasion.
Winston Churchill and Lord Derby are taking a leading part in raising the fund. It was stated that a motor car will in all probability be the gift determined upon.
