The Hungarian Race Purifiers, the Chauvinists and notoriously anti-Semitic Hungarian political group, officially joined the Government Party.

In a statement giving the reasons for the amalgamation, Julius Goemboes, slated as secretary of state in the Ministry of the Interior and leader of the Race Purifiers declared that “The Bethlen party has already accomplished a large part of our program; we will carry out the rest, through the formulation of government policies of expediency and efficiency.”

Goemboes assurd his followers in the statement that under present conditions the separate existence of the Race Purifiers group is superfluous.
