Demand Schwarzbard’s Admission to Palestine

A mass meeting took place here yesterday to protest against the refusal of the Palestine government to visa the passport of Sholom Schwarzbard, acquitted slayer of Semion Petlura.

Speakers at the meeting demanded that the Zionist Executive and the Vaad Leumi, National Council of Palestine Jews, make public the correspondence with the Palestine government on the subject.

DINNER TONIGHT TO HONOR U. S. CONSUL IN JERUSALEM

Oscar S. Heizer, United States Consul at Jerusalem, who is now in America on a two month’s leave, will be the guest of honor at a dinner to be given him tonight. The dinner will he held at the National Republican Club, 54 West 40th Street, New York.

The dinner is being given by Samuel C Lamport. Prominent Jewish and non-Jewish leaders will be among the guests.
