The B’nai B’rith Wider Scope Campaign will start in the District of Columbia November II. The quota is $25,000 for the five-year budget. Joseph A. Wilper, president of District No. 5 Grand Lodge of the B’nai B’rith, and vice-chairman of the District Wider Scope Committee, will direct the campaign.
