Roman Lasaresou, leading actor in the Roumanian National Theatre, has applied to the rabbinate of Czernowitz for admission into the Jewish faith.
The rabbinate granted lasarescu’s request. Lasarescu stated he intends to settle in Palestine after embracing Judaism.
