Funeral services for the late Charles Hartman, one of the leading members of District Grand Lodge 1 of the Independent Order B’nai Brith, will be held this morning at Temple Emanu-El, New York City. Mr. Hartman died on Monday at the age of 72.
Mr. Hartman was active in the B’nai Brith for more than forty years. He was at one time president of the Executive Committee of the Grand Lodge and a member of the committee for twenty-two years.
