Sharp criticism of Dr. Wise’s attack in the Zionist majority for ratifying the Jewish Agency pact was continued in an editorial by Jacob Fishman in the “Jewish Morning Journal.”

“Dr. Wise became the slave of his passion at the moment and, what is orse, of his phrases,” the writer bates. “However, Dr. Wise plays in (###)is case with a sacred and historic government. No matter how great his services to the cause may have been the past, Jewish public opinion will (###)ot permit him to escape with phrases (###)ch as ‘Zionism is dead,’ etc.

“Dr. Wise has, after all, not been appointed by anyone as the guardian of Zionism. To use an expression of is own: ‘There is a world outside.’ is opinion does not outweigh the pinions of hundreds of men who have (###)crificed more for Zionism and for Palestine than he. Judge Rosalsky (###) correctly stated that no man is (###) enough to set his will against a (###)ited Jewry. His manifestos and propamations are pure hysterics,” Mr. fishman states.
