Jewish Congress to Meet in Atlantic City

Atlantic City was selected as the place for the meeting of the next session of the American Jewish Congress which will be held on March 31st and April 1st. A local committee, of which Joseph B. Perskie is chairman, is in charge of arrangements.

Dr. Louis I. Harris, former Commissioner of Health of New York City, has been elected to the Chairmanship of the Budget Fund Campaign Committee of the American Jewish Congress. This committee will conduct a campaign for $100,000 to cover the budget of the American Jewish Congress for the next two years.

The Vice-Chairmen of the committee for New York City are Nathan D. Perlman, Carl Sherman, and Judge Louis B. Brodsky.

Members of the committee include Dr. Stephen S. Wise, Cyrus Levinthal Judge Gustave Hartman, Harry Sunonhoff. Max Rerlinman, Max Silverazein, Dr. Norman Salit, H. H. Kabat, Benjamin P. Goldman, Baruch Zuckerman, Morris Dlugasch, Golonel Morris H. Mendelsohn. Louis Lande, Israel N. Thurman, Max Eckman and Rabbi Leon Spitz.
