Hebrew Writer Marks 75th Birthday in Tel Aviv

The seventy-fifth birthday of the Hebrew writer Alexander Ziskind Rabinovich was celebrated here. Mr. Rabinovich is a member of the Labor Federation and is beloved by the Jewish youth of the country. He is known for his translations into Hebrew.

The new community center of the Congregation of Ohab Sholem, Bayonne, N. J. will be completed and dedicated on April 6. The center will have classrooms for 300 children, an auditorium with a capacity of 700, a ballroom, a library, reading rooms, clubrooms and a game room.

The Hebrew school of the congregation, formerly held in the vestry room of the synagogue, will be transferred to the new building adjoining. L Greenberg is president of the congregation.
