Hoover to Receive Temple Brotherhoods Group

President Herbert Hoover will receive the delegates to the third biennial convention of the National Federation of Temple Brotherhoods, which will be held in Washington. D. C. April 7-9. President Hoover will receive the delegates at the White House on Monday, April S. at noon, and give them a short address. Arrangements were made by members of the Brotherhoods living in Washington.

Over 300 delegates from all over the country have signified their intention to be present at the convention. Special trains will be run from New York City and special cars from Chicago. Cincinnati. Cleveland and Detroit. Headquarters will be at the Mayflower Hotel and all sessions will be held there.

The National Federation of Temple Brotherhoods is a constituent body of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations. The officers are: Roger W. Straus, president: Leonard S. Levin. Pittsburgh, and Aruold M. Schmidt, Brooklyn, vice-presidents; Julius W. Freiberg. Cincinnati treasurer; Rabbi George Zepin. Cincinnati, executive secretary; and Arthur L. Reinbart and Rabbi Louis I. Egelson, both of Cincinnati, assistant executive secretaries.
