Ending eight years of litigation, the Palestine high court decided today that a fund bequeathed in 1921 to the Independent Order B’nai B’rith for the erection of an immigrant home, should go to the international Order. The court overruled the claim of the testator’s family.

Mrs. Struskovsky, who came here from Canada, left a bequest of £2,000 to the B’nai B’rith on her death in 1921. A home to accommodate immigrants was to be erected by the Order, she designated. Her family, cut off with one shilling, carried the case to the courts.
