Admiration for the role of Jewish residents in bringing culture to new counties was expressed by Lucien Saint, French Resident General of Algeria, in an interview he granted Mr. Meseca, Keren Hayesod delegate for North Africa.
M. Saint also expressed his appreciation of the rebuilding work in Palestine.
