Commenting on the fact that the Committee of Three is preparing for its meeting to discuss the question of minorities and what changes should be made in the procedure in the submission of petitions, the London “Daily Telegraph” wrote:
“It is hoped that the Committee of Three will succeed in finding a means to remove the present misunderstandings, hatred and jealousies existing between the Minorities and the Governments of the States of which they are now citizens.”
