Fight Against Anti-semitism Plank in Communist Election Campaign

The fight against anti-Semitism should be adopted as a plank in the Moscow election campaign of the Communist Party, declared the “Comsomolskaya Pravda,’ ‘organ of the Communist youth organization.

Anti-Semitism is one of the sicknesses which is even penetrating some Communist circles, the Central Executive of the Communist Party stated. Instructions issued, urging that the party strengthen its activity, refer to anti-Semitism. This must be vigorously combatted, the Central Executive declared.

The investigation into anti-Semitic practices at the experimental school of Smolensk University was concluded. The superintendent and eight teachers were discharged because of their discrimination against Jewish pupils.

Members of the Comsomol, Communist youth organization, broke up a meeting on Jewish colonization held at Kazan. The Communist youth tore off the placards outside the meeting hall and heckled the speaker, compelling him to leave the platform.
