The first issue of a new Jewish monthly, the “Jewish Ledger,” was published in both a Springfield, Mass., and Hartford, Conn., editions. Samuel Neusner is the publisher. Rabbi Abraham J. Feldman of Hartford is editor-in-chief. The monthly is printed in English.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
