The sub-committee of three, headed by Sir Austen Chamberlain, to consider the proposals for changing the procedure in the consideration of national minorities’ complaints has practically completed its report which will be submited to the full committee and then to the Council of the League of Nations at its June session.
Although the report will not be published before the Council session, the belief was expressed here on the basis of good authority that the report does not recommend any drastic changes in the procedure.
