Bequests totaling $12,500 are made to Philadelphia institutions in the will of Harry L. Weinberger, business man, who died June 11, and the entire residue of his estate, listed at “$80,000 and upwards,” will ultimately revert to the Federation of Jewish Charities.

The immediate bequests include $10,000 to the Jewish Hospital Association for a free bed, $1,000 to the Rodeph Shalom Snyagogue, and $500 each to Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and the Jefferson Hospital.

The income from the rest is to be paid to the testator’s parents, Louis H. and Mary Lowenstein Weinberger, with whom he lived, and at the death of the survivor the principal will go to the Federation of Jewish Charities. Mr. Weinberger was not married.
