Complaining that there is a great shortage of women workers on the farms, the labor paper “Davar” asks that admittance certificates issued for Chaluzim, be available for women workers as well as men.

The paper protests against the practice of permitting women to enter Palestine only as dependents and especially against the system of distribution of certificates. Seven hundred certificates sent to the Hechaluz Organization were earmarked for men.
