The use of Yiddish is declining in the Odessa region. A complaint to this effect was voiced at a Conference here of the Jewish Section of Comsomol, Communist Youth Organization. The Conference also discussed the growth of anti-Semitism seen in some factories.

Jewish youths are compelled to say they are Germans, due to the anti-Semitic attacks.
