A session of the Council on Jewish Minority Rights, created two years ago at the Zurich conference called by the American Jewish Congress, was convoked for August 16, following the meeting of the Jewish Agency Council in Zurich.
This meeting will be held at Lucerne, Switzerland, and will be attended by Dr. Stephen S. Wise, Louis Lipsky and other American representatives.
