The sum of $100,000 and a valuable piece of property were left in the will of the late Emile Berliner, inventor of the radio microphone and phonograph records, filed here yesterday, to provide health facilities for children. Mr. Berliner left that amount in trust to be administered for the Bureau of Health Education. The trustees are to rent the property to the Bureau for $10 a year and to invest the trust fund and apply the income to the work of the Bureau.
The remainder of the estate, the total of which was not disclosed, is left to the widow, children and relatives.
