A memorandum to the British Ambassador here was presented by a delegation composed of Rabbi Hertzog, Dr. Victor Jacobson and Hillel Zlatopolski.

“We come at a sad hour when the events in Palestine cruelly hurt our Zionist, human and Jewish feelings. The bloody, brutal fight imposed by fanatics who were roused by Arab agitators have rained ten years of work. Our confidence in the Palestine administration has been severely shattered. The situation is serious, and we await immediate and energetic steps from the Mandatory government,” the memorandum declared.
