Various committees began preliminary conferences today in preparation for the opening session tomorrow of the World Congress of the Agudath Israel, Orthodox world organization.
The Central Council of the Agudah, composed of 100 members, met under the chairmanship of Rabbi Lewin of Rzeszow. The Rabbinical Council of the Agudah also opened its proceedings. Dr. Pinchas Cohen presided.
