First Claim Filed for Death of Yeshiva Student

Steps toward filing the first claim for compensation in the death of one of the students of the Hebron Yeshiva, slain in the Arab massacre, were begun today by the father of Harry Fraumen.

The claimant, Mendel Fraumen of Chicago, arrived in Jerusalem today. His son, Harry, was a British subject, having been born in Hamilton, Ont., Canada.
