A military detachment led by Harrington, superintendent of the Jerusalem police, this morning raided Teiba and other neighboring villages, searching for loot. Teiba is situated thirty kilometers north of Jerusalem and is believed to be the concentration point of Bedouins from across the Jordan, suspected as among the attackers of Ataroth and other Jewish settlements.

A fight between Bedouins and military patrols in northern Palestine, near Hattin, resulted in sixteen dead and many wounded among the Arabs. They were dispersed, and cattle stolen from Jewish settlements recovered.
