Moses Feingold, 70 years old, a Jewish beggar of Warsaw, went insane when he received word from the United States Consulate that his brother, John, had left him $1,000,000. John parted from his brother nearly 65 years ago, going to America and settling in Texas.

It was necessary to remove Moses Feingold to an insane asylum.
