Jewish students in Austrian universities voiced protests today against the anti-Semitic riots at the universities which have grown so frequent as to be almost a daily occurrence.

Hakenkreuzler students today terrorized Jewish students in the Vienna University, shouting: “Long live the numerus clausus.” Moving in crowds, the anti-Semitic students attacked individual Jewish students. The police intervened only when attacks occurred outside the university grounds.

Jewish students declared their determination to organize self-defense measures if the authorities do not succeed in maintaining order.
