An Arab from Hebron has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for the murder of Dov and Lieb Heichel during the massacres. Another Arab was given 18 months for looting and a third got nine months for instigation. A fourth was sentenced to five months for carrying arms on the day of the riots. All of these Arabs were advised by their counsel to plead guilty in order to lighten their punishment.
