The Grand Mufti will not head the Arab delegation to London over which Mouzza Kazim will preside, if a reconciliation scheme proposed at today’s meeting of the Arab Executive is adopted. Mayor Nashashibi of Jerusalem, who declined to serve on the delegation because the Mufti, who is the Mayor’s junior, was named chairman, is now expected to accept.
