In connection with the recent distribution of anti-Zionist pamphlets in Cairo, apparently part of a definite propaganda scheme, Rabbi Nahum Effendi interviewed the under-secretary for Home Affairs. The under-secretary agreed to suppress the propaganda and ordered the newspaper “Alfatach” to discontinue the publication of the spurious “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” and some of Ford’s writings.
