Over one hundred Arabs, most of them from the village of Tireh, have been arrested in connection with the firing at the house of Mr. Strawberrs, English manager of the Athlit quarries. All of the police of northern Palestine were busy searching for the assailants. The Hebrew press comments that when an Englishman gets into trouble the police find the guilty persons in a hurry.
