A conference of the Zionist Central Committee and the Polish members of the Zionist Actions Committee, in which Nahum Sokolow participated, took place here yesterday. Rabbi Berlin, president of the World Mizrachi Organization, who is now in Poland, reported about the latest situation in Palestine, saying that the moment is now favorable for Zionist activities. A discussion followed which lasted all night.
Rabbi Berlin has also visited here the famous rabbi, “Chofetz Chaim,” whom he informed upon the present situation in Palestine. The “Chofetz Chaim,” through Rabbi Berlin, sent his blessings to the Yishub in Palestine.
