More than 30 of San Francisco’s foremost Jewish organizations have signified their intention of supporting the movement for a Jewish Community Center.
This was announced by Daniel E. Koshland, vice-chairman of the center campaign committee. A financial drive will be launched shortly for the funds needed to erect, equip and maintain the building, which will house local organizations devoting themselves to the cultural, educational and recreational advancement of Jewish men, women and children of the community.
