3 Russian Anti-semites Sentenced to Death

Alexander Gaupt, Nikolai Zlatomerzhev and Ivan Potchupov, three prominent agronomists in the Odessa region, have been sentenced to death for driving Elena Goldman, a young Jewish agronomist, to death by suicide by their persistent anti-Semitic acts. Twenty others involved received lesser sentences. The trial lasted four days.
