The delegation which was appointed by the Administrative Committee of the Zionist Organization of America, consisting of Dr. James Heller, chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Zionist Organization of America, Rabbi Israel Goldstein, Dr. Nathan Ratnoff and David Freiberger, called on Justice Brandeis Tuesday.

The conference took place at 2:30 at the residence of Justice Brandeis. It was participated in by Justice Brandeis, Judge Julian W. Mack, Robert Szold, and Jacob de Haas. No statement was issued by the conferees, but the Jewish Telegraphic Agency understands that Justice Brandeis gave a sympathetic hearing to the delegation, and it further learns that he promised to give consideration to the request of the delegation to resume an active interest in the cause of Zionism, particularly in view of the recent events in Palestine.

As the Jewish Telegraphic Agency understands, another conference will take place.
