The report of the Palestine Inquiry Commission is termed “a pure English document full of double meanings that whitewash the administration and put the blame entirely on the Safed Jews” declares the “Heimad,” organ of the Austrian Union of Jews. The “Heimad” says the “guiltlessness of the Grand Mufti is best proved when he referred the Commission to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.”
