The Comzet will not give government credits to those Jewish colonists who refuse to share their houses with the newiy-arrived Jewish settlers, it was announced today by A. Merezhin, Jewish Communist leader. He instructed the Comzet representatives in Ukrainia and Crimea to use no compulsion in placing new colonists in the homes of the older settlers, but those who decline to accept the newcomers are to be refused government credits on the ground that they do not want to assist the government, Merezhin added.
